Job Opportunity at Master’s Advisors

As you have recently read in our blogs and newsletters, it has been an exciting time of growth for Master’s over the last few years. We have enjoyed partnering with new clients, starting new initiatives and enhancing our servicing procedures. Since Master’s started in 1994, we have held a strong conviction that client service will be a focus of our firm. In an effort to continue to enhance the client experience, we are excited to look for another team member to join Master’s Advisors.

The new position we are looking to fill is for an Administrative Assistant. This new team member will support the team by filling out paperwork, processing and tracking paperwork and client requests, scheduling client meetings, corresponding with clients, scanning documents and in general, will provide complete and efficient client service. We are looking for an individual who demonstrates dependability, organization, high attention to detail and completeness, flexibility and is task-oriented. Also, this person needs to enjoy working in a team environment. This position will be half to full time, as hours are flexible based on the candidate’s personal situation.

In the past, many of our employees have come from suggestions from you, friends and family of Master’s Advisors. We are confident that looking for a candidate in this manner is the best way to find an individual who will succeed at Master’s.
